Vapourisation- Add 3-4 drops oils to warm water and light the
candle beneath. These vapours help to keep the atmosphere
germ free and you can receive the therapeutic effects by breathing.

Steam Inhalation - Add 4-5 drops of oil into the bowl of hot
water. Place your nose near the bowl for inhale. *Keep eyes
close * Stop inhale the steam if any irritation or discomfort.
Steam inhalation can help with colds and influenza. Use of
energizing or relaxing oils can also make this method useful
any time of day or night.

Bath - Add 6-8 drops essential oil to 1L milk/or salt . Add
this blend to running bath water and mix well before getting
into the tub. Be sure to read the safety data for the essential
oils you choose to use. (For foot bath , just use 3-4 drops
)

Massage - Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml carrier oil
for massage . Do not apply essential oils to the skin without
diluting . Be sure to also read the safety data for the essential
oils you choose to use.
